Personal Assistance

Our agency understands the many challenges that families face today with caring for their elderly parents or family members.  We offer assistance with activities of daily living while still promoting independence.  Stand by assistance while bathing to ensure they do not fall, dressing assistance, grooming, meal preparation, transportation to doctor appointments or hair salon and medication reminders. We also assist with Care Management such as coordinating lawn care and other duties to help them up keep their home.

Specialize Care

We offer specialized care in the areas of Dementia, Alzheimer's, Stroke, MS, Parkinson's, Diabetic Care, Dialysis, Hospice Crisis Care to name few.  We will evaluate the client and special situation to create a Individual Service Plan that will help meet their specific needs and ensure quality care is being provided.  Our agency has highly trained staff in these specific areas of care. 

 

24/7 Care Available 

Our agency offers on call Care Managers and Scheduling Coordinators that are available to take your call when you most need the help. If you are being discharged from the hospital or a facility and need immediate assistance set up at home simply call our number and a Care Manager will take your phone call he or she will come out to meet with you and set up care within 2 hours if needed. Minimum hours required are 4 and up to 24 hours care can be provided- we offer flexible planning and scheduling in order to work with the families work schedule also.

Well Connected-Referral Sources

Our agency works with a team of other professionals in the Senior Care field and will assist you with referrals to Home Health Care, Hospice Care, Assisted Living or Memory Care homes, Moving and relocating we will help coordinate and facilitate what you need to ensure all your needs are met.
